This session will discuss as many exam topics as possible in the time allowed including scheduling exams (or not), exam conflicts, ADA exam accommodations, laptops, proctors, faculty, excused exams, weather cancellations, cheating, rules, handling special situations like birth, deaths and illnesses, exam security, take-home exams, etc. We will present how each of these topics are handled at different law schools with the goals of spurring discussion with the audience and promoting an exchange of ideas and solutions.
